Some Pixel phones may become trapped in a bootloop and be unable to access media storage due to an issue with Android 14. It is necessary to manually apply the patch in order to exit the bootloop.
New features abound in Android 14, such as improved artificial intelligence, webcam
functionality, and security updates. But it seems to have a problem in it that
could lead to a bootloop or the loss of media storage on certain Pixel phones.
The inability to complete the boot process results in a bootloop. Everything goes wrong the first time it tries to boot up, so it tries again. Bootloop is the name for this endless loop. This specific Pixel issue manifests itself on Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 smartphones that were pre-updated to Android 14 with multiple user profiles configured.
The good news is that Google has already fixed both problems. If the media storage flaw is your phone's sole problem, you should be able to regain access after running the November update, which fixes the issue. Unfortunately, an over-the-air update won't fix the bootloop problem for Pixel users. Rather, Google's Pixel Repair Tool requires the installation of the patch.

The website will then guide you through setting up your Pixel, which includes going into Fastboot mode, selecting Rescue mode, and connecting your phone to a computer using USB, once you've done that.
